Parminder founded the company in 2014, drawing on prior experience in the construction industry and works alongside his son, Tejvir, who serves as the company’s managing director.
Based in Surrey, Apcon Group is an integrated real estate development company that focuses on developing and constructing multi-family projects in the Lower Mainland. They’re creating entire neighbourhoods like Havenwood at Sullivan, Headwater Fraser Heights Townhomes and The Hive at Willoughby Town Centre. These are creative, stylish, vibrant communities, and the Atwals love knowing they’ll be home to families of all types, who will move in and start creating memories there.
